You can now simply click on the customer's name associated with the payment request, and it will take you directly to the individual customer's profile. Within the customer view, you'll find a comprehensive overview section that displays all the assigned payment requests.

Notification for Paused Direct Debit Requests

Pay Advantage has implemented a new feature to keep you informed: it will now send email notifications when your customers' direct debits are temporarily paused due to excessive failures.

Webhook Soft Deletion

Initiating the deletion of a webhook now results in a soft delete of the webhook notification. As a result, you have the capability to retrieve all webhooks that have been delivered by employing the query parameter "?status=all." Use caution when calling this API with the status=all parameter as it will return all webhooks delivered that have not been purged from our system.

Enhanced Visibility for Batch Debits On-Charge Setting

Batch debits now include a checkbox that specifies whether the fee for a particular payment is on-charged or not.
