We've introduced Recurring Direct Debit Templates — a new way to standardise, reuse and share your most common direct debit arrangements.

Templates allow you to pre-configure recurring amounts, schedules, reminders, fees, digital agreements and more, making it faster and easier to create new direct debits while maintaining consistency across your business.

Templates can also be published to your Payment Portal, allowing customers to set up their own direct debits using template plans you've already configured. Customise how your template plans appear with descriptions, benefits, images and call-to-action text to create a more guided customer experience.
