PayTo with PayID

PayTo is Australia's newest digital payment solution that simplifies bank-to-bank transfers. You can initiate payment requests using either traditional BSB and Account numbers or modern PayID identifiers like phone numbers or email addresses. When you create a payment request, the customer receives a notification from their bank which can be approved through their banking portal. Once authorized, Pay Advantage processes the debit from their bank account.

This update reflects our analysis of user behavior, which showed that quick access to Direct Debit records is often the immediate priority. The new layout allows administrators to handle urgent searches instantly while managing other Direct Debits requiring actions at their convenience.
